Raw Material


1. Kanomjean 
2. Vegetable pie, morning glory, cabbage, long beans, bean sprouts, parsley, fresh spring onions or vegetables as you like. 
3. 2 cups of fermented fish juice 
4. 1 cup water  
5. 1 cup pounded Krachai 
6. 1 Tbsp. Sugar 
7. 2 tablespoons fish sauce

How to do it


1. Put a pot of water to boil. Blanch the prepared vegetables and set aside.
2. Set the pot to make the solution Then add fermented fish juice to chew 
3. Add shrimp paste and ginger ale. 
4. When the water boils, add water to it. 
5. Season with fish sauce sugar. 
6. Chew until homogeneous, then strain the water and pour on rice noodles and blanched vegetables as you like. 
7. Season with chili powder and sugar.
