How to do it


1. Wash the lotus flow in clean. Then cut into 2-inch pieces and set aside to bring to pound. 
2. Pound the garlic and dried chilli coarsely, then add the black tomato, eggplant, orange and parsley Then use a pestle and pound the tomatoes lightly just to get the flavor of the tomatoes. 
3. Season with shrimp paste, fermented fish juice, palm sugar and lemon stir to combine, followed by chopped lotus lai. Use a ladle to stir well. Then scoop it up and serve it right away
