How to do it
1. Add minced pork and stir in oil. Then add chopped garlic and stir. Followed by sliced onion Stir until the rice is dry after adding the rice.
2. Stir-fry until the rice is crumbly. Use strong fire, the fire must be hot all the time. (Using a charcoal stove is more fragrant than a gas stove)
3. Add eggs to stir with rice and continue to stir fry.
4. Add all the ingredients, followed by carrots, pineapples, capsicum, salt, sugar, roasted cornmeal and roasted fish, fragrant herbs, stir-fry until crumbly, its done.
5. Put on a plate and decorate beautifully. To be appetizing, decorate with onion, garlic, shrimp, crabs instead of cashew nuts
